NYC Stair Exercises Clinic
My good friend Virgil Aponte developed a system for conditioning athletes using stairs when he was the Strength & Conditioning coach for the WNBA New York Liberty.
They didn’t have the best training facilities and being in New York City there were plenty of stairs, so Virgil figured out how to maximize the tools he had at his disposal to increase strength & conditioning for his athletes.
On June 21 in Brooklyn, Virgil will be conducting a 6 hour clinic where he shares his experience. You can find out about the course and register online here:
